Hi, I’m Ashlyn, a single mom and esthetician who built The Rejuvenated Mama out of my own struggle to find balance. For a long time, I felt torn between taking care of my little one and trying to take care of myself. Childcare was always the hardest part. Every appointment or moment of self care came with guilt, stress, or the question of who would watch my child.
I know what it feels like to want to feel confident again but not have the time, support, or space to make it happen. I know what it’s like to feel isolated, stretched thin, and invisible while trying to do it all. That’s why I created a space where moms can come as they are and finally take a deep breath.
The Rejuvenated Mama is more than a spa. It’s a place built from my heart for moms like me who need a break, who crave peace, and who deserve to feel cared for again. Every time a mom walks through my doors, I want her to leave feeling lighter, seen, and reminded that she matters too.
